Here’s what you need to know.

You are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time. 
Do not send payments by mail.

Sign up for E-billing

E-billing forms can be found here. Fill out the application form and email to utilities@estevan.ca or drop it off at City Hall.

Sign up for Automatic Withdrawals

Pre-Authorized forms can also be found here. Fill out the form and attach a copy of a void cheque and email to utilities@estevan.ca or drop it off at City Hall.

Payments are withdrawn on the due date indicated on your bill.

You can view your current outstanding utility amount here.  You will then enter your account number and access code in the utilities heading (access code is found on the right-hand side of your utility bill). Once you log in, you can click on the “Bill Summary” on the top of the page, and it will give you a list of all your bills and amounts.
