Sale by Tender

1. Under the provision of the Tax Enforcement Act the City of Estevan offers for sale the following properties:

2. A tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Property Tender” with identifying property addressed to the City of Estevan Attn: City Clerk 1102 4^th Street Estevan, SK   S4A 0W7
3. Tenders must be submitted using the City of Estevan Tender form found in the tender information package available at City Hall or can be found on our website: www.estevan.ca
4. Tenders must be received by 2:00p.m. on Monday, May 26, 2025
5. A certified cheque to the municipality for 25% of the amount of the tender must accompany the tender. Tenders submitted without certified funds will not be considered.
6. Highest, or any tender, not necessarily accepted.
7. The deposit will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not finalize the agreement for sale within the required time.
8. All legal costs, title transfer fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are in addition to the bid price.
