• Cemetery operations are governed through provincial legislation and overseen by the Registrar of Cemeteries.
• Municipal bylaw 2017-1979  regulates the cemetery operations.
• There are eight hectares of fenced maintained area with plans for expansion to the south with an additional eight hectares.
• In addition to traditional burial grounds, the cemetery has a columbarium and cremation gardens.
