Animal Licences
The City of Estevan’s Animal Bylaw outlines your responsibilities as a pet owner within city limits. The purpose of this bylaw is to protect people & property and ensure humane treatment and control of animals. An unlicensed animal may result in a fine of $125.00
Fees
Spayed/Neutered Animal with updated vaccinations – $35.00/lifetime fee
Spayed/Neutered Animal with no vaccinations – $50.00/lifetime fee
Intact Animal – $100.00/lifetime fee
Adopted from the Estevan Humane Society or a Service Dog – Free
Copies of vaccinations and sterilization reports will be required at the time of registration. Must supply a copy of the adoption receipt or service receipt if applicable.
Replacement Tags
A pet owner may acquire a replacement tag at the cost of $3.00 if the original tag is misplaced.
