Starting on May 1st until construction is complete, 4th Street will be closed between 12th Avenue and Souris Avenue to replace the underground infrastructure.
During this phase of construction, sidewalks will remain open as well as the 12th Avenue/ 4th Street intersection.
This phase is expected to continue for the next 5-6 weeks, before moving to the 1200th block. The following phase will address the underground infrastructure of the 1200th block and the above-ground work of the 1100th block.
All temporary water accommodations for the downtown businesses have been placed at this time.
