Position Title: Heavy Truck Driver
Reports To: Roads & Drainage Foreperson
Business Division: Roads and Drainage Division

Number of Positions: 1 (One)
Length of Position: Permanent Full-Time
Duties:
•Operates and maintains heavy trucks and other equipment such as;
▪Tandem and Three-Ton Trucks
▪Skid Steer
▪Ladder Truck
•Maintains assigned equipment, tools, and vehicles
•Logs and records information such as pre-trip vehicle inspections
•Performs labour and other tasks as required

Education
•Valid Class 3 Driver’s License with Airbrake Endorsement
•Fireman’s Boiler Operator License
Experience and Additional Requirements
•1 year of relevant work experience
•Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles up to 13 speed
The following credential would be considered an asset:
•Valid Class 1A Driver’s License with Airbrake Endorsement
Salary
This position has a starting salary of $ 31.18 per hour in accordance with the 2026 CUPE rates.
