How to View and Pay Utilities

We are pleased to offer residents, businesses and visitors the convenience of managing accounts online at any time. For most of the utility services we provide, you must link & register a user account. To use the Online Services you will need your Access Code which is printed on your Utility Billing Notice. When viewing your eBill the site is secure. We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal financial information. Upon successful login, you will be given access to the Online Services applicable to your account.
VIEW OR SIGN UPOnline
Utilities are available to be paid online through online banking. You will need to sign directly into your personal online banking and choose to add a new payee and search “Estevan” as one word all by itself. Choose the option of either “utilities or water” and enter your 12 digit account number located at the top of your invoice.
In Person
Utilities can be paid by VISA / MasterCard, Debit, Cash, Cheque, or Bank Draft. There also is a drop off slot at the front of City Hall for after hour payments.
