How to Pay Utilities
Online
Utilities are available to be paid online through online banking. You will need to sign directly into your personal online banking and choose to add a new payee and search “Estevan” as one word all by itself. Choose the option of either “utilities or water” and enter your 12 digit account number located at the top of your invoice.
In Person
Utilities can be paid by VISA / MasterCard, Debit, Cash, Cheque, or Bank Draft. There also is a drop off slot at the front of City Hall for after hour payments.
