How to View and Pay Taxes

We are pleased to offer property owners the convenience of managing your accounts online at any time. For most of the services we provide, you must link & register a user account. To use the Online Services you will need your Access Code which is printed on your Property Tax Notice. This a secure site as we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal financial information. Upon successful login, you will be given access to the Online Services applicable to your account.

Online
Taxes are available to be paid online through online banking. You will need to sign directly into your personal online banking and choose to add a new payee and search “Estevan” as one word all by itself. Choose the option of “property tax” and enter your 9 digit roll number located at the top of your invoice. (please use the first 9 numbers before the decimal point. add zeros to the end as needed)
You can also pay via credit card through a third party service provider called Plastiq. Customers using this service will be charged a 2.5% service fee per transaction by the provider.
To pay via Palstiq you will need a credit card as well as the 12 digit roll number (don’t include the decimal, but use all the numbers) that is found on the top right hand portion of your Notice of Property Tax Levies.
In Person
Taxes can be paid by Debit, Cash, Cheque, or Bank Draft. There also is a drop off slot at the front of City Hall for after hour payments.
