Please join us for Free online fitness classes that you can participate in from the comfort of your own home. Both mental and physical health is essential during these unknown times.

Join the classes below by clicking on the class 5-10 mins prior to the start time. The link will redirect you to Zoom.


Monday Online Classes

6:30-7:30 am                    Cardio Blast       Supplies needed: water bottle, free weights (or substitute), wall space

9:00-9:50 am                    GRIT       Supplies needed: water bottle, free weights (or substitute), wall space, chair (if modifying)

10:00-11:00 am               Easy Stretch     Supplies needed: water bottle, wall space, tubing/yoga strap/or substitute, chair (if desired)

11:10 am-12:00 pm         PiYo       Supplies needed: water bottle and mat

5:45-6:45pm                    GRIT    Supplies needed: water bottle, free weights (or substitute), wall space, chair (if modifying)


Tuesday Online Classes

9:00-10:00 am                    Cardio Blast       Supplies needed: water bottle, free weights (or substitute), wall space

10:10-10:40 am                 Barre Above         Supplies needed: water bottle, chair, wall space, light free weights (or substitute)

10:45-11:45 am                 Chair Yoga           Supplies needed: water bottle, chair, mat (if desired)

5:45-6:45pm                      Family Bootcamp    Supplies needed: mat and a ball. Can be basketball, volleyball, soccer ball, etc.    Focus: cardio, strength and flexibility


Wednesday Online Classes

6:30-7:30 am                      P90X     Supplies needed: water bottle, free weights (or substitute)

9:00-9:50 am                     GRIT    Supplies needed: water bottle, free weights (or substitute), wall space, chair (if modifying)

10:00-11:00 am                 Chair Yoga     Supplies needed: water bottle, chair, mat (if desired)

11:10 am-12:00 pm         Easy Stretch     Supplies needed: water bottle, wall space, tubing/yoga strap/or substitute, chair (if desired)

6:15- 6:45 pm                  Core                              Supplies needed: water bottle, free weights if desired, possibly a yoga block or ball (soccer or otherwise)

7:00- 8:00 pm                Chair Yoga     Supplies needed: water bottle, chair, mat (if desired)


Thursday Online Classes

9:00-10:00 am                   PiYo     Supplies needed: water bottle and mat

10:10-10:40 am                 Core     Supplies needed: water bottle, free weights if desired, possibly a yoga block or ball (soccer or otherwise)

10:45-11:45 am                 Zoomer     Supplies needed: water bottle, chair and a mat (if desired)

5:45-6:45 pm               Family Bootcamp    Supplies needed: Chair and band. Can be a mini band, regular band or tubing.     Focus:  cardio, strength, agility and stamina


Friday Online Classes

6:30-7:30 am                   PiYo     Supplies needed: water bottle and mat

9:00-9:50 am                      P90X     Supplies needed: water bottle, free weights (or substitute)

10:00-10:50 am                 Easy Stretch    Supplies needed: water bottle, wall space, tubing/yoga strap/or substitute, chair (if desired)
