City Wide Registration
City Wide registration is an event hosted at the Estevan Leisure Centre for families to register for their recreation activities all in one night and all at one place.
If your group or organization would like to register for Citywide registration please contact e.wilson@estevan.ca
Included in registration fee:
- Table(s) and chair(s) set up
- Information included in the City Page advertisement promoting Citywide letting families in Estevan and area know your attendance and some basic information regarding your club/organization.
- A flyer distributed to Parents/Students in all Elementary schools in Estevan.
- Information placed on the City website and social media sites prior to City Wide.
Deadline dates to register are usually based one month prior to each City Wide registration.
City Wide Registration will be held on Thursday, September 10th, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm in the Power Dodge Ice Centre.
City Wide Registration Night is attended by Estevan residents wanting information about Adult and Children groups, organizations and activities that happen within our city.
Organizations that will be in attendance are; Sharks Water Polo, Estevan Curling Club, Sours Valley Museum, Estevan Skating Club, Junior Roller Derby, Estevan Youth Bowing, Estevan Basketball Association, and Red Cross Swimming Lessons (online only).

Attendees will arrive through the West entrance, Affinity Place doors and use provided hand sanitizer. Masks are recommended but not required. Once inside the building, make your way following signage to the Power Dodge Ice Centre. There, traffic will follow a counterclockwise loop around the facility. Participants will stop at vendor locations and wait on the designated wait spots for their turn. Please exit through the hallway near dressing rooms 2 and 4.
It is crucial to keep attendance numbers low. One person per household is recommend attending.
