May we suggest a buttery, crispy classic: The Eggs Benedict.

Culinary Months celebrate our local food story one delicious bite at a time for those people who eat breakfast any time of the day. April will showcase farmers, ranchers, local restaurants and cafes of the food we have right here in Estevan.

Rebecca Westling, destination marketing and communications consultant for the City of Estevan explains, “Nothing brings people together quite like a good meal; if you like to eat, then this feature is for you. Just pick a participating restaurant or café and ask for the EggsBennyMonth feature, order, enjoy and vote for your chance to win a $500 Shop Estevan gift certificate.”

The program will kick off April 1^st with participants purchasing a $15.00 featured item from participating restaurants where they will be given a ballot code to vote for their favourite. There are three categories to choose from, ‘Presentation and Appearance,’ ‘Originality and Uniqueness,’ and ‘Overall Taste.’

At months end, one random voter will be chosen to win a $500 gift certificate to Shop Estevan, and the three winning restaurants in each category will win 200 dollars to donate to their charity of choice!

1. All Bennys are $15.00 each.

2. We encourage you to buy a drink and/or other add ons. While extra purchases are not a requirement to vote but please be considerate of the fact these restaurants are offering an amazing dish at an even better price

3. Tipping – These are not your average Bennys! Please tip those that work so hard to give us amazing food.

4. Get involved in promoting our great restaurants! We encourage you to share your EGGSBENNYMONTH pictures on social media using the hashtag #EggsBennyMonth2021 and feel free to tag the participating restaurants in your posts!

5. Vote for your Favourite for the possibility of winning a $500 Grand Prize! Purchase a featured item to get a voting key! Then vote for your favourite in the following categories:

– Overall Taste
