Women Empowering Women Support Group

On February 19th from 6:15 pm to 8:30 pm, Envisions Counselling & Support Centre Inc. is providing a space for women to come together and let their voices be heard and allow healing through music, art and group support. They will find empowerment and connection along the journey of healing. Topics explored will include self-esteem, boundaries, and coping strategies.
