Travelling Kitchen

Join the library’s travelling kitchen where we will be using A-Z World Food to learn how to make a new dish. This month, we will be making Alu Bhorta (mashed potatoes) from Bangladesh. Bhortas are mashed foods that are creamy and rich in texture, while punctuated with pungent mustard oil (the preferred local cooking oil) and roasted garlic bits. Pick-up your take-and-make kit containing all the spices for the dish. You are also welcome to join us on Zoom while we make the dish!
