HIGH Fitness for a Cause with Elle!!! Let’s get our heart rates up for a great cause that is dear to Elle’s heart!!!
HIGH Fitness for the Heart and Stroke Foundation! This class is donation based with six in studio spaces available. The class is also available live via zoom.

You will need clear indoor running shoes and a water bottle.
HIGH FITNESS is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with pop music, and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.
