The City of Estevan advises residents that snow removal crews are actively clearing streets this morning in accordance with designated priority routes.
Ongoing high winds and heavy snowfall are creating difficult conditions for crews. Residents are asked for their patience as operations continue and as crews work to maintain safe and passable roadways throughout the community.
Due to current weather conditions, the Municipal Landfill is closed until further notice.
The City also kindly reminds homeowners that snow from private property must not be pushed or placed from lanes or driveways onto public streets. Doing so creates safety hazards and can significantly delay snow clearing efforts.
