The Accessibility Saskatchewan Act sets out a clear goal: to remove barriers and ensure everyone can participate fully in community life—at work, at play, and in everyday activities. Under this legislation, the Government of Saskatchewan and designated public organizations are required to create and maintain accessibility plans.
The City of Estevan’s 2026–2030 Accessibility Plan outlines how we will meet these requirements and continue building a community where all residents and visitors can access programs, services, and spaces with dignity and independence. This plan reflects our commitment to ongoing improvement and to fostering a more inclusive Estevan for everyone.
