The City of Estevan is notifying residents that City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. to discuss a proposed residential development along North Wellock Road.
The meeting will focus on an application for the development of apartment buildings on properties fronting Wellock Road, extending from Sister Roddy Road to the intersection of Devine Avenue and Irving Crescent. This proposal pertains specifically to Lots 1–7, Block 2023 and Lots 1–18, Block 204 within Plan 102200577.
