Councillors Tom Mauss, Kirsten Walliser, and Shelly Veroba recently represented the City of Estevan at the 2025 Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Conference in Ottawa. With this year’s theme “Stronger Together: Local Strength, National Prosperity,” the event brought together over 2,000 municipal leaders from across Canada to collaborate on shared challenges and explore innovative solutions. From rural revitalization and accessibility to mental health and infrastructure, the conference offered key insights and networking opportunities that will help guide Estevan’s continued growth and resilience.
