The Council of the City of Estevan pursuant to the Cities Act, that the Council of the City of Estevan, gives notice of its intention to implement bylaws to establish
property tax rates, health levy, library levy, BID levy under statutory authority of City of Estevan.
On May 12, 2025, the first reading of these bylaws was passed, and the final readings, is expected to be on May 26, 2025.
The proposed Bylaws 2025-2092, 2025-2095, 2025-2094 and 2025-2093, may be inspected by any person in the City Clerk’s Office, on the main level of City Hall,
between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
