The City of Estevan is requesting quotes for the replacement of the existing asphalt shingles on the Wellock Water Reservoir, located just north of the hospital, with a durable metal roof. Due to the strong northwest winds in recent years, the shingles have been repeatedly torn off, necessitating this upgrade.
Please submit your quotes via email to wellockroof@estevan.ca no later than 1:30 PM on Friday, May 23, 2025. Following the submission deadline, a virtual opening of all received quotes will take place, and all participating contractors are invited to attend for transparency. A Microsoft Teams invite will be sent to those who submit quotes, allowing you to view the opening process.
