City of Estevan is aware of the current postal disruption to mail service by Canada Post. This means documents such as your Utility notice will not be mailed during the strike period. The City of Estevan Utility bills are set up bi-monthly billing cycle. Utility bills are due the last business day of each month. Please submit payments accordingly to avoid penalties.

Ensure you receive your bill timely via ebill. Switching to ebills is easy to do! Go to: https://icityonline.aspgov.com/estevan/live/Link-Register
Step-by-Step Instructions:
*Using a computer for sign up is recommended*
- Click “show me how”
- UB-Utility Billing
- Account number – found at the top of your utility invoice
- Access code/Pin – found on the right-hand side of the invoice under your billing dates
- Select “please notify me by Email that my Utility bill is ready”
- Select “Attach a PDF copy of the Utility Bill to the email”
- Enter your email address and click “send verification code”
- Your verification code will come to your email. Enter that code and click save
- Username – Create a username (this is not your email address)
- Resend verification code and enter NEW number from email (second email)
- *you will not be able to continue to password without entering verification code first*
- Enter Password: This must include 1 Capital 1 Special character and 1 number (Example) Welcome*2024
- Save
Once this is saved and completed you will receive an email confirmation that your account was successfully completed.
