  1. A tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Property Tender” addressed to the City of Estevan. Address: 1102 4th Street    Estevan, SK    S4A 0W7
  2. Tenders must be postmarked by 4:30 p.m. on May 13, 2022
  3. A certified cheque to the municipality for 25% of the amount of the tender must accompany the tender. Tenders submitted without certified funds will not be considered.
  4. Highest, or any tender, not necessarily accepted.
  5. Successful bidder will have fourteen (14) days to provide the balance of cash to complete the purchase. The deposit will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not finalize the agreement for sale within the required time.
  6. All legal costs, title transfer fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are in addition to the bid price.
