Construction of the widely anticipated Estevan Pathway project, which will connect existing pathways and sidewalks to loop throughout the city and will soon be underway.
The Pedestrian Corridor Expansion project will include a total of 13 kilometres of paved multi-use pathways and sidewalks that will connect to the existing pathway.
This project is supported by Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program and will receive combined funding of 3.794M from the Government of Canada, Government of Saskatchewan and the City of Estevan.
Construction is now underway and will take place over the next few months. Motorists and pedestrians are advised to pay attention to traffic disruptions as some roadways and pathways will be impacted.
